1. Send your Purchase Order with a copy of the original quote.

2. Send a copy of only the latest revision of the shop drawing signed "OK Produce".

3. Advise if "OK Track Only" with panel sizes to follow, or, "OK Track and Panels".

4. Advise your requested ship date;  ASAP is not a date.

5. Provide shipping instructions and phone number of your trucking company.
